Wayfair, a leading e‑commerce company, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead Bulk BHN to manage day‑to‑day operations at one of our distribution centers.

Shift
:
Wed‑Sat 4:45 pm–3:15 am

Pay
: $20.00 / hr base rate + $2.50 / hr Special Equipment Operation Premium. Additional $1.50 / hr for hours between 6 pm and 6 am.

• Assist your supervisor with managing and overseeing all functions of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead the receiving department and ensure proper use of functions.
• Delegate and assign work to maintain a 100% fill rate.
• Help manage inventory and conduct necessary training within the department.
• Ensure proper use and accountability of tools.
• Answer email and verbal questions in a timely manner.
• Keep product moving and oversee cleanliness of the department, including daily trash compacting.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Working understanding of the WMS system.
• Leadership and motivational skills, capable of making decisions with little guidance.
• Experience in more than one department (receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship, return).
• Comfort with repeatedly lifting up to 75 lb unassisted and moving 150 lb or more.
• Knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO) or willingness to be trained.
• Experience creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with excellent attendance.
• Understanding of High Jump is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend English for safety.
