Account Manager – Integrated Facilities Management | On-site Role | Full-Time

CBRE is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead operations for a dedicated client account. This role offers full ownership of service delivery, team leadership, and financial performance across both hard and soft services. What You’ll Do:
  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a single client account, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of hard and soft services, including facilities maintenance, janitorial, security, and more.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of three direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Financial Ownership: Take full responsibility for the account’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Service Excellence: Monitor and improve service levels, ensuring contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with client goals and CBRE standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and communication.
What You’ll Bring :
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, account management, or operations leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available).
