Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Hours:

8:00am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday (Full Time).

Supervises all maintenance on plant, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, med gas systems, and tube stations. Plans, organizes, directs and follows up mechanical maintenance personnel assigned. Procures parts, material, and contracted service in support of the assigned areas of responsibility. Administers a budget and prepares written reports as directed.

• Leads, coordinates, and directs the maintenance team across various systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintains inventory, procures necessary materials, and coordinates work orders to maintain a reliable operational environment.

• Develops and monitors maintenance schedules, prioritizes assignments, and follows up on multiple tasks.

• Prepares written and budget reports for senior management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Supervisory responsibility of 10 employees.
• Strong background in mechanical maintenance; supervisory experience preferably in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of boiler chemistry, A/C systems, emergency power systems, and other mechanical trades.

• Ability to manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Thorough knowledge of common practices in various mechanical trades.
• Familiar with boiler chemistry, A/C systems, and emergency power systems.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and follow up on multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and understand technical literature and schematics.
