Construction Field Manager
Contract position, 100% traveling, can live anywhere near a major airport, salaried with food allowance, starting at $32/hour and up depending on experience. Travel is paid.
Summary Of Position
- Will travel weekly to different locations and cities, oversee subcontractors, ensure supplies are available, and ensure work is performed as directed and on schedule.
Experience Preferred
- At least one year in related construction management or electrical experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
- Process-oriented with excellent time and project management skills.
- Lighting and/or electrical experience a plus.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have a valid driver's license for boarding planes and car rental.
- Must be able to rent a car.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and team of installers doing the actual installation work.
- Ensure schedules are kept, safety procedures are adhered to and work is completed within time constraints.
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.
