We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and oversee the completion of high‑quality, on‑budget financial statement audits. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge, leadership skills, and client service expertise to enhance the audit process while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with engagement teams. As part of our External Audit group, you’ll work directly with clients to deliver insights, build strong relationships, and drive business improvements.

This position offers excellent career progression, with the opportunity to advance to Senior Manager.

• Lead and support multiple engagement teams concurrently to complete financial statement audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, resolve technical and service issues, and deliver value‑added insights.
• Train, coach, and supervise junior team members, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Serve as a trusted business adviser to clients, offering recommendations for operational and financial improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues on proposals, business development, and cross‑functional projects.
• Represent the firm at recruiting and professional networking events.
• Utilize audit technology, automation, and digitization tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB rules and other applicable standards.
• Travel to client sites as required (approximately 25%).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field; minimum five (5) years of progressive public accounting experience with a mid‑sized to large firm (must be public accounting, not internal audit); active CPA license.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  PCAOB or public company audit experience; exposure to or curiosity about audit automation and digitization tools.
