Project Manager

Full Time

$100k to $120k

We’re hiring a PM who knows how to take a job from start to finish and keep everyone rowing in the same direction. You’ll lead commercial and multifamily projects from precon through closeout-owning the budget, driving the schedule, and building strong relationships along the way. If you’re a clear communicator who thrives on accountability and organization, you’ll be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall execution.
• Handle buyout, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing.
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, and subs.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to keep fieldwork aligned.
• Maintain client relationships and uphold company standards.
• Monitor job cost reports and flag issues early.
• Oversee closeout and ensure smooth project turnover.

What You Bring

• 3–7+ years of PM experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or large scopes simultaneously.
• A proactive, team-first approach with a focus on solutions.
