General Managers lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a GM, you will oversee company policies and direct activities toward long‑range goals for growth and profitability. In a growing office it is imperative that you adopt the mindset of Player/Coach – you will wear many hats.

This role will absorb responsibility for execution and leadership of all administrative functions including day‑to‑day Job Cost Accounting, A/R & A/P. There is a significant component of commitment required as the restoration business is a 24/7 operation however there is flexibility that comes along with the exceptional responsibility.

Guiding others who serve others while experiencing significant damage to their property is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to support a team to oversee several projects simultaneously. • 5-10 years restoration construction experience
• 5-10 years management experience
• 5-10 years Project Management and Estimating experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related experience
• Experienced at reading, interpreting and managing financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively
