Job Overview
Epoxy Coating Specialists is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee a multi-year, high-visibility flooring project in Jacksonville, FL. This role demands a self-sufficient, experienced leader capable of managing every aspect of project delivery-from scope and schedule oversight to cost control and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous role and contribute immediately to the success of this NFL stadium project over a 3-year period.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales/estimating to build accurate budgets and installation plans.
- Attend pre-bid site visits, scope reviews, and kickoff meetings.
- Confirm client specifications and document project scope.
- Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate material logistics, subcontractors, and site operations.
- Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure clear internal/external communication.
- Track and manage project costs, schedules, and change orders.
- Oversee punch lists, warranty documentation, and project closeout.
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact-resolving challenges proactively.
- Align jobsite crews with client expectations and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects independently.
- Proven track record with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight.
- Skilled in project management software, ERP systems, and scheduling tools.
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification required.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.
