The Release Operations Manager, Digital Platforms owns planning, coordination, and delivery of production releases for the organization’s websites and web applications across brands and regions. The role keeps the release calendar, runs user acceptance testing, verifies every item in the release notes, and resolves the issues impacting the release cadence. The work calls for strict organization and a direct style: open items get an owner and a date, including when a senior stakeholder must decide.

Manages a small team of Dev Ops / Release engineers.
