• 2+ years professional experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role in an industrial setting

• Product development and implementation into the manufacturing process through the optimization of process techniques.
• Lead the startup, commissioning, and release to production phases of various new equipment and processes.
• Develop and update standard operational procedures for various manufacturing processes
• Design and/or specify tooling requirements to support manufacturing processes
• Lead cross functional problem‑solving teams by utilizing problem‑solving methodologies and then implementing corrective and preventative actions to address production issues as they arise
• Train staff in new and existing processes
• Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Foster a safety mindset by identifying safety and ergonomic risks or hazards and implementing engineering solutions.
