Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, broaching machines)
  • Interpret mechanical drawings to achieve precise dimensions
  • Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
  • Create custom fixturing and perform part inspection
  • Assist in training and mentoring fellow machinists
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to welding fumes, noise, and non‑climate‑controlled conditions
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of manual machining experience preferred
  • Familiarity with shop safety and lifting equipment
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Must pass pre‑employment background and drug screening
Work Schedule
  • Full‑time position:
    Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Overtime as needed
