Job Summary

Manage product lines, increase profitability, support product development, and help launch new products. Use a blend of business and technical skills to achieve company goals. Understand customer needs through market presence and develop innovative solutions.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Travel to field locations for product expertise and support.
• Understand customer needs and represent them in product development.
• Create marketing and strategic plans.
• Educate customers and staff about products.
• Maintain and restock product inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Develop educational and marketing materials.
• Assist with regulatory filings and documentation.
• Train employees and deliver sales presentations.
• Research market potential and develop sales strategies.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive products.
• Ensure product efficiency and compliance.
• Manage product modification requests and documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

Educational and Experience Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Product management or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office tools.
