- Lead and ensure the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors while adhering to corporate and legislative requirements
- Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement processes to optimize plant performance
- Manage and develop plant staff, ensuring accountability and performance expectations are met
- Oversee production and shipping schedules based on availability of raw and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and environmental regulations
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment
- Prior forklift operations experience is required
- Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations strongly preferred
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Experience with P&L and budgeting
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of electric/conveyor systems
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or Haitian Creole
