Shift: 3rd (11pm-7am) Mon-Fri

Pay: $18/hr (pay raise after 2 & 4 months)

Location: Northside Jacksonville, FL (32218)

Start Date: January 5th, 2026

The role involves working on a converting machine to merge and cut shorter corner guarders, requiring standing for 8 to 10 hours a day. Attendance is crucial and strictly monitored.

• Operate and monitor the converting machine to merge and cut corner guarders.
• Ensure continuous operation of production line and prevent machine downtime.
• Maintain high standards of attendance and adhere to strict attendance policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members on the production line.

• Experience using a tape measure and handling hand tools.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day).

• Ideally, 2 years of production experience, though related experience in warehouse or construction is acceptable.
• Familiarity with machine operations and general production tasks.
• Experience in auto mechanics is considered an advantage.

Receive a $1 raise after 60 days of perfect attendance while on contract, with additional performance-based raises. Enjoy a 3% match at 100% for 401k and a 50% match for all else, along with a 10% profit share bonus.

Work in a non-climate controlled but well-ventilated environment. Shorts and t-shirts are permissible, though nothing baggy. Steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required. The shift operates from 11:00PM - 7:00AM Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Be prepared to arrive 30 minutes early on the first day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
