At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are looking to hire a Production Operator based in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Set-up, monitor, operate, changeover, and clean applicable equipment; provide quality inspections, including OQI, weight checks, and product specification compliance.
• Maintain working knowledge of all value stream equipment; troubleshoot, make minor adjustments, and repair using basic tools.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and defects, repairing and solving minor problems independently and eliminating potential production threats.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset; actively participate in identifying and correcting opportunities to improve processes, creating and documenting SOPs and Work Instructions, establishing preventative maintenance standards, writing One Point Lessons, and participating in continuous improvement methodology events.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and keep accurate written records.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
