Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler whose primary responsibility is Sleeve Inspection. This role supports product quality, workplace safety, and production efficiency by ensuring packaging sleeves meet company, customer, and safety standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the consistent achievement of a 100% daily production rate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of packaging sleeves to identify defects such as tears, incorrect labels, or other damage
• Ensure all sleeves meet established quality, safety, and customer specifications
• Remove, separate, and properly label non-conforming or damaged materials
• Accurately count, track, and document inspected sleeves, reporting quality concerns to supervision
• Handle, move, stage, and/cl organize materials to support production flow and operational needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality, safety, or operational issues
• Consistently achieve and maintain a 100% daily production rate in accordance with assigned standards
• Assist with additional material handling, warehouse, or production duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, quality inspection, or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently identify defects
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to meet established productivity and performance expectations on a daily basis

1st shift ( 6am-2:30pm)

$17.20 hr + 4.98(H/W)= $22.18hr
