Assembler - IP Job Description
Engage in the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. Responsibilities include wiring these systems and assembling electrical components with precision. You will utilize your ability to read schematics and engineering drawings for accurate assembly. The role requires proficiency with hand and power tools such as power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures.
Pay$16.50-18/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities- Assemble industrial power systems and electrical components.
- Wire power systems accurately following schematics.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Stand for the entire shift and occasionally work on ladders for units up to 8 feet high.
- Proficiency in using tape measures, drills, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Experience in wiring electrical components.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing or related fields such as construction, handyman work, HVAC, or automotive is a plus.
- Capability to read a tape measure is required.

WorkEnvironment
Work in a large, open bay production facility with multiple stations and bays, where the production floor is not climate-controlled. Industrial-sized ceiling fans keep the air circulating. Safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required due to the presence of forklifts and manufacturing machinery. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with mandatory Saturday shifts from 6:00 am to 12:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
