CNC Machine Operator 2nd Shift, 4x10s
The Role:
Are you tired of making the same boring widgets in a sweltering shop? At Rearden, we manufacture top-tier precision firearms components, suppressors, and optic mounts in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
We are looking for reliable CNC Machine Operators to own our 2nd shift production. You will be working a 4-10s schedule (Monday — Thursday, 1:00 PM — 11:00 PM). The first shift ends at 4:45. Because of the afternoon overlap with our 1st shift, you won’t be thrown to the wolves, you’ll catch handoffs from our first shift team, and once the machines are handed off, you own the production run for the evening.
This is currently a pure operator role not a programming or setup position, but we actively want to train and elevate your skills. If you have drive and attention to detail, we will build your career.
Why You Want to Work Here:We offer a compensation and benefits package that leads the industry, plus a guaranteed 3-day weekend, every week. These are the rough ranges for those with relevant experience.
