Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing at Bayer Consumer Health, US, leading omni-channel campaigns to drive household growth and align with Joint Business Plan (JBP) goals.
Responsibilities- develop and execute data-driven, cross-functional shopper strategies
- oversee creative and tactical campaign development
- analyze shopper data for insights
- measure and optimize campaign performance
- influence investment decisions
- collaborate with teams across Brand, Commercial Strategy, Ecommerce, Insights, Media, and Sales
- ensure campaign alignment with retailer needs, particularly CVS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in CPG marketing, with substantial shopper marketing experience, ideally with CVS and agency background
- strong analytical, strategic, leadership, and communication skills
- proficient in leveraging data for decision-making
- MBA
- 10+ years overall marketing experience
- shopper marketing, omni-channel campaigns, CVS retail focus, data analytics, cross-functional leadership, 5+ years' experience in CPG
- residence-based in US
- travel once per month to New Jersey or Rhode Island
