Marketing Assistant

CGC Home Services is a growing home services company serving customers across Florida, Michigan, and North Carolina. We specialize in water treatment and plumbing services, helping homeowners improve the comfort, quality, and safety of their homes. This position is located in Jacksonville.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team!

If you enjoy social media, photography, creating content, working on different projects, and learning new skills, this could be a great opportunity.

This is not a position where you’ll be sitting at a desk doing the same thing every day. You’ll have the opportunity to get out in the field, capture content, assist with events, support marketing campaigns, and help bring new ideas to life.

Social Media: Help create, schedule, and manage Facebook and Instagram content.

Content Creation: Take photos and videos of installations, team members, customer projects, and company events.

Creative Projects: Edit short videos, create graphics, and help develop promotional materials.

Marketing Campaigns: Assist with advertising, promotions, and marketing projects.

Events & Trade Shows: Help coordinate and participate in local events, trade shows, and community activities.

Customer Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, reviews, and customer feedback.

Marketing Support: Help organize marketing materials, track leads, update reports, and support daily marketing operations.

Research: Keep an eye on local competitors, promotions, and new marketing opportunities.

Creative and enthusiastic personality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Willingness to occasionally travel locally for content creation and company events.

A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
