We run DTC ecommerce offers across health, smart devices, and outdoor products. Google Ads is our primary acquisition channel. We use Red Track for attribution and we move fast.

You own the accounts. Search, PMax, Demand Gen — you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you report on it every Friday. No managment layers and, no hand-holding. Direct access to the people who make decisions.

This is not a digital marketing strategy role. You are in the accounts every day – double down on what’s working and scaling profitable campaigns.

• You are proactive — you flag problems before being asked and make decisions without waiting to be told
• You have managed $30K+ per month in Google Ads spend on DTC or ecommerce offers, US market experience preferred
• You use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — as part of how you work daily, not occasionally
• You have hands-on experience with Red Track or a similar third-party tracker (postbacks, sub-parameters, offer-level tracking)
• You think in outcomes and managed budget, not years on a CV
• You understand that AI assistants are starting to shop on behalf of users — and you have a view on what that means for paid acquisition
