Donor Services Officer — Jacksonville, FL

The Donor Services Officer will work with the Director of Donor Services to implement the strategic direction for donor education, stewardship, asset development and philanthropic leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities- Steward donor relationship assignments and provide customer service to maximize the donor experience
- Provide counsel to current and prospective donors to clarify their philanthropic goals and develop giving plans to achieve them
- Participate in efforts to optimize use of CRM software in support of donor services
- Participate in activities to enhance the Foundation’s operations and service and in general, advance the field of philanthropy
- 3+ years of experience in not-for-profit or related field
- Experience with donor cultivation and development
- Bachelor’s degree
- Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation preferred
- Excellent salary commensurate with your experience
- 15 days of PTO, 13 Paid Holidays, and 12 sick days per year
