N.A.R.C. Angel is seeking a founding partner with a strong mission‑driven focus to help build a grassroots organization supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse. This role begins as volunteer work, with potential for compensation as the organization grows. The position involves part‑time or flexible hours, working closely with the owner to shape operations, outreach strategies and community partnerships from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site role in Jacksonville, FL, for a Co‑founder/Operations & Outreach Lead. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, developing and implementing outreach strategies, and managing program logistics. Responsibilities also include engaging with community stakeholders, conducting research for program development, and contributing to the nonprofit's overall vision. Successful candidates will lead collaborations, strategize organizational growth, and drive positive impact in line with the nonprofit's mission.

  • Strong analytical skills for problem‑solving and operational decision‑making
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with community members, stakeholders, and collaborators
  • Experience or skills in sales and marketing for outreach efforts and relationship building
