Director Children Ministry

This is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, for a Director of Children’s Ministry. The Director will oversee the planning and execution of children’s ministry programs, design age‑appropriate curriculum, and lead children in their spiritual development through Bible teaching and discipleship. The role involves cultivating a supportive environment for volunteers and fostering strong communication with parents, church leaders, and the broader congregation.

The Director will also be responsible for managing and coordinating activities that empower children to grow in their faith journey and exhibit Christ‑like values.

• Strong communication skills, including engaging effectively with children, parents, volunteers, and church leadership.
• Proficiency in volunteer management, including recruiting, training, and providing ongoing support to team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bible teachings and experience in facilitating spiritual growth and discipleship in children.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their emotional, spiritual, and moral development.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in children’s ministry or education is highly desirable.
