Voter Registration Organizer

The Florida Democratic Party is excited to be hiring Voter Registration Organizers in counties across the state. Voter Registration Organizers will assist the FDP in registering voters, coordinating events, and support voter registration fellows in your region. Organizers will be responsible for 25 hours of work per week.

• You’re dedicated to building a strong Democratic Party and electing Democrats up and down the ballot. You’re committed to fighting for a better future for Florida families and championing our Party’s values.
• You’re passionate about youth organizing and voter registration. You want to make voting more accessible to your community and classmates.
• You’re tenacious and hardworking. You can relentlessly pursue a goal even in the face of challenges.
• You’re a compelling communicator. You can confidently speak to a peer, voter, or volunteer and motivate them to take action.

• Coordinate voter registration programming. Support fellows by organizing voter registration events across your region.
• Run voter registration operations. Plan and execute voter registration canvassing and events to reach young people in your community.
• Track and report results accurately and on time. Keep careful records of voter registrations, student contacts, and event outcomes. Flag when you’re falling behind, propose solutions, and learn from what’s working and what isn’t.

This is an election position lasting through November, 2026. Compensation for the position will be $15/hour.
