Nurse Manager, NICU, Full Time Days, Wolfson Children's Hospital

We are seeking a Nurse Manager in the NICU at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time day shift position in our Level IV NICU.

Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks to a nursing staff, manages and checks the nursing schedule, ensures that all shifts are covered
• Oversees patient care, makes management and budgetary decisions, coordinates meetings, and makes personnel decisions
• Responsible for recruiting new team members and conducting performance reviews

  ACLS & PALS not required for NICU Nurse Manager – NRP is required

Education and Experience

• Bachelor s Degree - Nursing
• 3-5 Years Nursing Experience
• Licensure and Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred;
  Licensed Registered Nurse Required
