Job Summary

Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant Baptist Heart Specialists - Health Place at Nocatee or to join our growing practice in General Cardiology at. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

• Monday - Friday clinic 8am-5pm - Baptist Heart Specialists - Health Place at Nocatee - 400 Colonnade Dr Ste 230, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081
• Plus Weekend rotation - 1:4 - Baptist Medical Center Beaches - 1350 13th Ave S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250

• Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant Required
• Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
