Baptist Health is currently seeking Registered Nurses for systemwide Operating Room teams Day Shift multiple campuses adult and pediatric surgical services to join our full‑time opportunities available across various campuses.

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room Circulating Nurse
, you will serve as a key member of the surgical team, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe and efficient intra‑operative care.
- Verifying patient identity and procedural details
- Coordinating surgical room setup and instrumentation
- Monitoring patient status and advocating for their well‑being
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring procedural safety standards
- Communicating with families and coordinating with PACU and pre‑op teams
You may work with a single complex case or multiple shorter procedures, depending on the day’s surgical schedule.
Adult and Pediatric Surgical ServicesElective and urgent procedures
Subspecialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, oncology, general surgery, GYN, and more
Access to advanced surgical technology, including Da Vinci robotic systems
This position requires participation in an on‑call rotation 40‑minute response time with competitive call and differential pay.
QualificationsCurrent RN License in the State of Florida
1–2 years of OR experience preferred (open to experienced acute care RNs seeking to transition into surgical services)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
Passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality surgical care

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
