Located on Fleming Island at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway, the Baptist Clay Medical Campus provides comprehensive pediatric and adult care to Clay County. The facility offers a full spectrum of services, including:
- 100 large private patient rooms
- OB/GYN, Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology
- Community conference room
- Jogging path connecting to Black Creek Trail

- All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
- CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
