RN House Supervisor

Overview

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, invites applications for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor. This leadership position focuses on delivering high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment while supporting clinical staff and operations. Located in Jacksonville, FL.

• Operate the hospital efficiently during your scheduled shift.
• Coordinate patient care and hospital operations.
• Supervise, lead, and provide clinical support to ensure delivery of quality patient-centered care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program:
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher (BSN preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice or active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
• Preferred but not required:
  Current AHA or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum five years clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred:
  Two years supervisory or management experience; critical care experience preferred.

Full-time, 12-hour night shift (approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Rotating weekends and holidays required.
