Dialysis Coordinator, Pediatric Renal Program

We are seeking a Pediatric Dialysis Coordinator for Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform nursing duties and document nursing care
• Establish unit leadership and education
• Administer medication, provide treatment, and monitor patients as necessary while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including nephrology
• Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements
• Participate in meetings and on‑call coverage

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

• 1‑2 years clinical nursing experience required
• Dialysis experience preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
• Licensed Registered Nurse required
