Nurse Practitioner

Join us as a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Jacksonville, FL Health Center, where you will care for client employees in a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

We offer a predictable weekday schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintain patient health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

• State RN license(s) to practice
• Nurse Practitioner license(s) to practice
• State prescriptive authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license matching each state of practice (if applicable)
• State narcotic/controlled substance license where required
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (with transcripts if not clearly labeled as Nursing)
• Certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required)
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
