Join us as a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Jacksonville, FL Health Center, where you will care for client employees in a supportive, patient‑focused environment.
We offer a predictable weekday schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintain patient health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- State RN license(s) to practice
- Nurse Practitioner license(s) to practice
- State prescriptive authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license matching each state of practice (if applicable)
- State narcotic/controlled substance license where required
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (with transcripts if not clearly labeled as Nursing)
- Certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required)
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
