We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full‑time night shift position in the Emergency Department at our Baptist South campus.

• Continuously monitor and interpret patient conditions on the assigned unit
• Coordinate care provided by the unit’s professional and supportive staff members
• Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care provided to the unit’s patients in accordance with the mission statement
• Facilitate communication between medical staff members and nursing staff members regarding patient care issues
• Participate in community activities related to healthcare education and/or patient/family advocacy

Associate’s Degree – Nursing

Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing

• Emergency Nursing Experience

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Workplace Violence Certification – Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification – Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required
• Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) – Required
• Trauma Nurse Core Course Certification (TNCC) – Preferred
• Certified Emergency Registered Nurse (CEN) – Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse – Required
