Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital or home community care setting, and will possess strong physiology knowledge. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.
Shift8:00AM - 8:00PM. Weekdays and alternating Weekends needed.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for a male client in his home, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the most effective and efficient care possible.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient care and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Well Sky EMR experience a plus, but will train.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in Florida.
- Experience working in a hospital or home community care setting.
- Strong physiology knowledge and experience with airway management.
- Ability to travel to patients' homes as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
