PRN House Supervisor RN – Alternate Weekends

This position’s schedule will alternate every other weekend.

• Staff, implement and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each designated shift.
• Operational and programmatic management of the designated shift.
• Assist in the professional growth and development of nursing staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems when needed.

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida.
• Prefer three (3) years Clinical Psychiatric Nursing experience with one of those years including supervisory duties.
• Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
