Clinical Team Manager, RN - Home Health (On Site)
Full Time | Jacksonville, FL
What You’ll Do- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team
- Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing
- Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians
- Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders
- Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals
