Mission

USMHE, Inc.:
Our mission is to deliver high‑quality occupational health services and promote safety and wellbeing across diverse workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct general exams, DOT physicals, and silica exams to ensure workers are fit for their roles.
  • Collaborate with Medical Technicians from partner company Site Med to perform National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Firefighter Exams.
  • Travel extensively—80‑85% of the time—to manufacturing, warehouse, government, and other facilities.
  • Maintain meticulous records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Accredited degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • DOT Medical Exam certification preferred or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health testing requirements and equipment (pulmonary screenings, audiometric testing).
  • Familiarity with NFPA 1582 and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high performance.
