As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care, promoting health and wellness, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and basic nursing procedures
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to medical professionals, and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Empower residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and autonomy
• Participate in mealtime assistance, vital sign checks, and other daily routines

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates welcome!
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
