• Salary: $17.00 per hour

Provide quality nursing care to our residents, assist with hygiene needs, feeding, bathing, dressing, and other support services. Measure and record vital signs, observe medication reactions, participate in unit activities, follow care plans, report to RN/LPN, and document daily ADLs. Works with little direct supervision.

• Assist residents with hygiene needs, feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and record resident’s reactions to medications and treatment.
• Participate in organization and prioritization of residents and unit activities.
• Follow plan of care set forth by RN/LPN.
• Report pertinent information to RN/LPN.
• Proper documentation of daily ADLs.
• Exhibit empathy, dignity, respect and concern for resident's well‑being.

• Current CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
• Self‑directed with ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Kind, reliable, compassionate.
• Must have a current nursing assistant license (CNA) in Florida.
• One‑year CNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus.
