Charge Nurse (RN) – FT Nights | Jacksonville Specialty

We’re looking for a dedicated Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care during night shifts in our specialty hospital.

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care.
• Collaborate with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice.
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for nursing staff.
• Oversee night shift operations and ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Valid RN license in the state of application.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required day 1 for Charge RN; preferred initially for others.
• One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Preferred: experience in emergency or critical‑care environments.
• Preferred: prior experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, and other advanced nursing equipment.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of direct patient‑care experience.
