Weekend - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care for medically fragile children and young adults in the Jacksonville, FL area and surrounding communities.

Pay Range: $28‑$32 per hour

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with other team members.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome, training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting.
