Humana Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient and telehealth care for seniors, coordinating pacemaker/ICD monitoring and IV therapies. You will deliver stress testing oversight and patient education, reporting to a cardiologist.
The role is onsite, typically 8-5, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and favorable work-life balance. Ideal candidates bring APRN licensure, cardiovascular experience, and strong EMR proficiency.
