LPN Home Health Supply Coordinator

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Jacksonville, FL. The role documents patient observations, administers medications, and assists the RN in care planning and rehab patient support.

Responsibilities include vital signs, IV fluids, diet and hydration management, admissions/discharges, and ensuring a safe environment while adhering to policies and state laws. On-call rotation may be involved;
