Brooks Rehabilitation seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Bartram Lakes facility in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN position supports rehab patients under RN direction, administering meds, monitoring vitals, and assisting with discharge planning.
Applicants must be Florida-licensed LPNs with BLS, and ideally IV certification; prior SNF or respite care experience is preferred. Day/evening shifts are available on-site at 6209 Brooks Bartram Drive.
