Registered Nurse - Inpatient Float Pool - Weekends Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions.

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care within the professional practice model.
• Provide leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement activities.
• Delegate patient care based on skill level, patient acuity, and resource availability.
• Support professional nursing standards and promote patient and family needs.

• Graduate of a nursing program with current RN license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment and in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate critical thinking.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional licensure and certifications as needed.
