Triad Financial Services es un proveedor líder de servicios y soluciones financieras, que atiende a clientes en todo el mundo. Estamos buscando un Representante de Servicio al Cliente bilingüe altamente motivado y calificado para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento.
Funciones Esenciales:- Responder a las consultas de los clientes sobre cuentas hipotecarias y tomar pagos (no es un puesto de cobranza, solo llamadas entrantes)
- Investigar quejas, preocupaciones y el historial de pagos de los clientes y luego corregir o ajustar los registros según sea necesario
- Ayudar a monitorear las cuentas de fianza para el pago de impuestos y seguros por parte del hipotecario
- Procesar pagos
- Preparar pagos finales
- Discutir el análisis de la fianza
- Actualizar los registros de préstamos según sea necesario
- Otras tareas variadas según lo solicitado por el Gerente
