Master’s degree in nursing required within 24 months of hire.

Note:
At least one Baptist Health approved certification is required for this role. NPD certification is highly encouraged within 3 years of hire.
- Over 5 years' Experience in Cardiovascular Services Required
- Over 5 years' Experience in an Acute Care Setting Required
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Learning and Development Preferred
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Nursing Professional Development - Board Certified (NPD-BC) Preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required

- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
