Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager position with the Breast Oncology Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.The Assistant Nurse Manager would be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Nursing and Nursing support staff. The ANM would oversee scheduling, time-keeping, and providing coverage as needed. The ANM must be comfortable travelling to other clinics for support as needed.

Assistant Nurse Manager responsibilities include:

Delegate tasks to nursing staff

Manage and checks the nursing schedule

Ensure all shifts are covered

Conduct assessments and performance reviews

Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day Assistant Nurse Manager

Experience:

1-2 Years of Oncology Experience Preferred3-5 Years of Nursing Experience Preferred Education & Credential Requirements:
