As Regional Director of Health & Wellness, you’ll provide clinical leadership and support to assigned communities, promoting exceptional resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes. You’ll partner with community leadership to implement best practices, strengthen quality systems, support QAPI initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across health and wellness operations.

Active registered nurse license in the state of FL
Skills
:
Demonstrates expert level of knowledge of company systems, standardized products, forms, and state regulations.
Years of Experience
:
Five to seven years nursing experience with at least five years in assisted living/memory care or skilled post-acute setting with previous administrative director of nursing services and consultant experience required.
Travel
:
Up to 90% required
