About the RoleIn this per diem position, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient‑centered care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work on an as‑needed basis, with varying shifts and schedules to meet the needs of our facility.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including patient rooms and common areas
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred
